Mira offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium features such as the full natal chart, unlimited compatibility readings, tarot spreads, and unlimited AI conversations.

Payments and billing

Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and payment security. Purchases made on Google Play are processed by Google and are additionally subject to Google Play's refund policies.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a free trial period where offered. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Cancelling stops the upcoming charge; premium features remain available until the trial ends.

Refunds

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. Please include the receipt number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, processed by Paddle.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time: web subscriptions from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support; Google Play subscriptions from Play Store → Subscriptions. After cancellation, premium features remain active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for time already paid — see the refund terms above.
