Mira — Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 July 2026 · Provider: Mira ("Mira", "we") · Contact: [email protected]
By using Mira you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who can use Mira
Mira is for adults 18+. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. What Mira is
Mira provides astrology, tarot, and AI-assisted content for reflection, self-discovery and entertainment. It does not provide predictions of the future, and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Mira for decisions requiring a qualified professional.
3. Your account & content
You're responsible for your account and for content you submit (including messages to the AI companion and AI guide personas). Don't post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the AI & Community Content Policy.
4. AI companion & AI guides
AI responses are generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete; treat them as reflection, not fact. The profiles in the area formerly labeled “Experts” are AI guide personas, not people. Mira does not offer live experts, an expert marketplace, or user-to-user communication. Neither the AI companion nor AI guides provide professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety advice.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Mira Premium can be obtained through separate payment channels:
- Android / Google Play. New subscriptions offered inside the Google Play version of Mira are sold only through Google Play Billing as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Google Play displays the final localized price and handles the charge, renewal and cancellation. RevenueCat acts as our service provider for product display, purchase validation, entitlement status and restoration; it is not the seller.
- Telegram Stars. The Mira Telegram bot separately offers a recurring 30-day subscription paid only in Telegram Stars and processed by Telegram. It is initiated independently in Telegram, not through the Android app. If you voluntarily link your Telegram and Mira accounts, an active entitlement from either eligible channel can be recognized on the linked account. Linking does not transfer the purchase or change which provider controls billing, cancellation or refunds.
No Google Play or Telegram Stars free trial is currently offered. Each subscription renews until cancelled.
Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancel a Telegram Stars subscription with
the Mira bot's /cancel command. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access normally continues through
the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or revoked. Google Play cannot cancel or refund a Telegram
purchase, and Telegram cannot cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. See the
Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Mira and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a license to process it to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Mira is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Mira anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
