Mira — Terms of Service

By using Mira you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who can use Mira
Mira is for adults 18+. By using it you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. What Mira is
Mira provides astrology, tarot, and AI-assisted content for reflection, self-discovery and entertainment. It does not provide predictions of the future, and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on Mira for decisions requiring a qualified professional.
3. Your account & content
You're responsible for your account and for content you submit (including messages to Mira AI). Don't post unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the AI & Community Content Policy.
4. Mira AI
AI responses are generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete; treat them as reflection, not fact. The product has one clearly labeled AI companion. Mira does not offer live experts, an expert marketplace, or user-to-user communication. Mira AI does not provide professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety advice.
5. Subscriptions & payments
At the effective date of these Terms, new Premium purchases are available only in the Android app through Google Play Billing. The Google Play purchase screen is the source of truth for the products, billing period, localized price, renewal terms and any promotional eligibility actually offered to you. These Terms do not promise a particular price or a free trial. Google Play handles the charge, renewal and cancellation. RevenueCat supports product display, purchase validation, entitlement status and restoration; it is not the seller.
Mira does not currently offer new purchases through an iOS app or Apple In-App Purchase, a web or Paddle checkout, or a Telegram bot or Telegram Stars. If any additional channel is enabled later, Mira will disclose its availability, provider and billing terms before purchase and update the applicable public terms. A historical transaction from a channel shown on your receipt remains governed by that original provider; this legacy support statement does not mean that the channel is currently available.
Google Play subscriptions renew until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Cancel through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access normally continues through the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or revoked. See the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Mira and its content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us a license to process it to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Mira is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Mira anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
