Delete your account & data

You can ask us to delete your Mira account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

For immediate self-service deletion, sign in to Mira, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. You can also email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or include your account identifier) with the subject "Delete my account"; we verify email requests and process them within 30 days.

• Your account and profile (email/sign-in identifier, display name, chosen preferences).
• Your birth data (date, time, place of birth) used to compute your chart.
• Your AI companion and expert chat history.

We may keep a minimal record required by law or for fraud prevention, and billing records that Google Play retains for tax/accounting — these are kept only as long as legally required and are isolated from your profile and chat data. Deleting your Mira account does not cancel a Google Play or Telegram subscription; cancel it with that provider first.
